• 1. Cold radiators upstairs can be caused by low water levels in the feed and expansion tank in the loft.
  • 2. This is usually caused by water levels in the system being low. Check to see if the feed and expansion tank in the loft is empty or if the level is low. This is fed by a ball valve of a type similar to those found in toilet cisterns. If the water level is too low then gently pushing down on the ball will open the valve and allow fresh water into the tank and then into the system.

    If this doesn't cure the problem, then contact us to arrange an engineer visit.
